VISTADOME TRAIN SERVICE

To promote tourism, the Northern Frontier Railway started the state-of-the-art Vistadome train services between Tinsukia and Naharlagun Station (225 kms route) in Arunachal Pradesh from 21 December 2021.

The train will run five days a week. Train no. 15907 will run from Tinsukia on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday departing Tinsukia at 1345 hrs and arriving Naharlagun at 1935 hrs, while train no. 15908 from Naharlagun will run on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday departing Naharlagun at 0530 hrs and arriving Tinsukia at 1040 hrs

The 44-seated Vistadome coach had several unique features to attract tourists showcasing the pristine and picturesque landscape of the region, offering breathtaking glimpses of tea gardens, River Brahmaputra in Bogibeel Bridge, blue mountains, lush green forest before reaching Naharlagun. The coach is equipped with display screen, glass roof, wide window panes that will provide 360 view of the open sky besides 180 rotatable seats, besides wifi.
