AC Twin- Padma (room at Ground Floor) : Rs 9650.00 + 18 % GST per night= Rs 11387.00
AC Twin- Yamuna (room at Ground Floor) : Rs 9150.00 + 18 % GST per night= Rs 10797.00
AC Single room- Lohit (room at annexure building) : Rs 4650.00 + 5 % GST per night = Rs 4883.00
AC Single room- Manas (room at annexure building) : Rs 4650.00 + 5 % GST per night = Rs 4883.00

Meals on Fixed menu basis (Lunch/Dinner) : Rs 1200.00 + 18% GST = Rs 1416.00 per pax per meal
In case of any local Non-veg items (Lunch/Dinner): Rs 1500.00 + 18% GST = Rs 1770.00 per pax per meal
Afternoon Tea: Rs 650.00 + 18% GST = Rs 767.00 per pax per day (includes 02 types of sweets + 02 savouries)

Extra Bed on EP Plan: Rs 1550.00 + 18% GST/as applicable per night (Only 01 bed in a room is allowed)

Child complimentary upto 05 years sharing parent’s bed on full board.
Any extra occupant above the age of 05 years will be charged @ Rs 2200.00 + 18% GST on CP Plan per night with or without extra bed. Rs 3400.00 + 18% GST on MAP Plan per night with or without extra bed.
Each room can accommodate a maximum of 02 adults with two children or 03 adults.
All guest's are requested to carry valid Photo Identity card which has valid address for verification purpose. The photo Identity card could be Driving License, Voter ID card, Valid Passport etc. The guest's will have show their Identity card on arrival at the front desk. This is mandatory requirement by Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of Assam.
Incase of any further change in Government taxes or any new tax imposed by the Government the same would be applicable
Reservation can only be confirmed on receipt of full advance payment.
All meals in the bungalow are served on fixed menu basis and on prior order at the time of or before reservation. Meals once ordered / pre booked are fully chargeable and non refundable.

Arrival and Departure Policy
Check-In - 1200 Hours. Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night. Check-Out - 1200 Hours Later check-outs are available on request and subject to availability
