Purvi Discovery – Terms & Conditions

We welcome you to Purvi Discovery and request you to carefully read our terms and conditions before making a reservation. These guidelines are designed to ensure transparency and a smooth stay experience for all our guests.

Tariff & Accommodation Plans

Room tariff mentioned is applicable on EP Plan (European Plan), which includes bed only – no meals are included.

Child Policy:

Children up to 5 years of age are complimentary, sharing the parent's bed on a full board basis.

Any extra occupant above the age of 5 years will be charged as follows (with or without extra bed):

₹2200.00 + 18% GST per night on CP Plan (includes breakfast).

₹3400.00 + 18% GST per night on MAP Plan (includes breakfast and one major meal).

Occupancy Policy

Each room can accommodate a or 3 adults.

Accommodation facilities are not available for Aya (attendants), PSO (personal security officers), or drivers.

Reservation & Payments

Full advance payment is required to confirm your reservation.

In case of non-payment, bookings will not be considered confirmed.

Meals Policy

All meals are served on a fixed menu basis and require prior order at the time of or before reservation.

Meals once ordered or pre-booked are fully chargeable and non-refundable.

Identity Verification

All guests must carry a valid photo identity card with address proof for verification at check-in.

Acceptable documents include Driving License, Voter ID Card, Valid Passport, etc.

This is a mandatory requirement by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of Assam.

Taxes & Government Levies

In the event of changes in government taxes or imposition of any new taxes, the same shall be applicable and borne by the guest, even after booking confirmation.

General Guidelines

Guests are requested to respect property rules, staff, and other guests to ensure a peaceful environment.

Any damage caused to property by the guest will be chargeable.

Management reserves the right to deny check-in or cancel a reservation in case of non-compliance with the terms and conditions.
